I've now entered my ATP and medical in the 'certificates' area, as well as some of the sim instructor and other stuff in there.
Let's see if they'll look at my app again as I can't apply for the job again.
Just part of the struggles of coming into the US as a new immigrant after a career in Europe...

As to its effectiveness nowadays, I think it just ensures they miss out on more candidates.
For years stubborn HR used to brag about how selective they are, post pandemic ho ho ho they quickly found out they werent sellling the best product. Sobering for them.
If in fact there will be no hiring for a while.......well take that as diagnostic of a blessing in disguise.
