Can you bring letters of rec that are signed, but emailed? Not original copies?

I did that as well, no issues. Had the guys send me a good scan of the signed letter with w sig in blue ink. When color laser printed they look as the originals did.

I think the key here is just that your whole document package needs to be neat, professional, and organized. That presents an impression of competence to the HR rep that collects the documents.

Exactly, everything needs to be neat, professional and COMPLETE. Also read the direction. If says use blue ink use blue, if it says black use black.

The interview also is very important be sure you know the company and how to do the interview. A prep course from FAPA.aero or emerald coast is worth the money, in my opinion.

Waiting to hear as well. I did phone screen last Friday and got the link to schedule but it said no available slots left for this date. I called and they told me to expect another email with dates in either Dec or Jan.
