Maybe a poor choice of word but it is happing and the company is planning for this attrition.

They believe it is a issue that can be managed.

IMO Companies won't care about attrition until it begins to significantly affect over all staffing, training cycles, or it impacts the bottom line.

We could do Delta plus 1 and guys who want to fly 777s will still leave. Now don't flip this around on me as you always do. We need an industry leading CBA and we deserve it as you have pointed out many times. We have invested in JetBlue it's time they invest in us.
