At what point in the process does the drug test info come?
I interviewed on Jan 11th and called GIS yesterday, they said background check was completed on the 4th and sent back to Jetblue. I would have assumed they would have sent me the drug test info prior to completing background check.

I interviewed the same day as you. Got the drug test the last week of January.

The email told me specifically what lab to go to and the order for the DOT drug screening had already been placed. I just showed up and they administered the test.

You have two days I think. I emailed the POC on the packet that arrived by FedEx and stated: I am on a trip and won't be home for 3days. I also said there was a testing facility down the street from my overnight but I wouldn't have my paperwork. She replied and said it will be fine if I just wait and do it when I get home. But I would at least email her so it is documented why you are late returning it.

Huh, I wouldn't call what I received a "Packet". It was an email with my name and social, Jetblue's address, Address of the test site, and a PO number for the test. There wasn't any guidance on time frame, just a phone number I could call if the test site wasn't convenient.
