There will be no changes
The plan documents of all the various care policies are included in the contract itself

5% matching. Vesting is done by years of service. 1 year: 20% 2 years: 40% 3 years: 60% 4 years: 80% 5 years: 100%

There's several funds available but no company stock since it's a private LLC. And no, the matching does not increase.
