Also is a 4 year degree preferred?

We have quite a few guys that did the expat thing, so no worries there. A degree is always preferred, but not a show stopper.

There’s a huge stack of resumes that they are slowly working their way through. Rumor has it there is going to be quite a bit of hiring over the next couple years, so just keep updating your app.

Ok.....thanks for the information and the advice.

1800 resumes that are still waiting to be sorted

I guess it’s an amazing place to work as I’ve been reading on APC :).
Hopefully hear something soon.

The stories you hear after you are hired about Kalitta bending over backwards during family or personal emergencies are almost unbelievable. It really makes you happy to work for a company that will look out for you and help you when the **** hits the fan and you need the support.

And just think, when I interviewed pre-contract, I was the only one to show up...

This might be the most candid, succinct, and authentic capture of the state of Training at K4 that I've read on this forum. It's getting better, but at the moment, it is what it is.

Yeah. Troof.

I don't think anyone knows the magic formula to getting that interview call. I'm a Regional CA and I got to the "second stage" last August. I've been sending updates since January of this year. Still crickets. I meet the posted mins and I have 3 internal recs.
