You have yours I have mine. That’s why it is called an opinion. I probably should pay rent for as much time as I occupy your thoughts😀

Some good news. ETOPS proving runs to start next week on the 767.

Well kind of like your screen name, anyone who gets stuck doing that is in the “crapper”. Crews ***** about flying CVG-SFO.

Hell, I used to do DFW - LAX in a CRJ. 767 would make for a nice flight.

How do you know that K4 has cash on hand?

I don't? I'm not sure where I said they did. I'm just optimistic that they are hopefully being proactive with a downturn in business and that they aren't cancelling Christmas bonuses because they are cash poor this instant.

I have never run my own business nor have any management experience. My opinions business related aren't worth ****.

Nope still nothing.

While I understand the intent of your comment, you do realize those winds are only updated every 6 hours, so if you request winds every hour you are just wasting time and satellite bandwidth.

Sorry but I have to disagree.

At a global level, the winds aloft are updated with a new forecast every 6 hours. For North America, Europe and Australia, the forecasts are updated every hour. The time resolution for the global forecasts is every 3 hours through 30 hours (ei: 00Z, 03Z, 06Z, 09Z).

Somewhere in our the AOM it says to uplink new winds every hour. I do it every time I do a fuel check.
