How is the hourly guarantee as far as being close to what you fly? Do you typically fly more or no? Reason I'm asking is being gone from home for 17 days but only getting 62 hours paid seems a little low...

It all depends. Some months more, some not. 62-65 hours is the norm for supplementals. I just saw the World pay scale and it is substantially higher than Connie's. Their first year captain pay is the same as our 12 year pay. If I were on the outside looking in, that would probably be where I would apply first.

Hmmm...this could be true, but what is the upgrade time at each location? I'm pretty sure I've seen 1-2 years at Kalitta where I think World is more on the order of 7-8 years. This could make a pretty significant difference as well. For me the cool thing with either is flying the heavies internationally and being based wherever you choose.
