PIC is not a requirement at kalitta if you eneded up being a professional first officer in your carrer.. some by choice and some that happened to by luck..

I know the 74 crews are home based but what about the 76 crews?

Are they home based as well?

Hey all. Current RJ Captain here, been hearing great things about you from a number of people. I applied a few weeks ago with about 3700 tt and 900 tpic. Seems like a few people that low are getting interviews but not many, just wondering if I have a chance.
