It's been close to a year, but the micro-tel was around $50. Don't have the phone number, but it's close by airport if you look it up.

This is where I normally stay. $49. ~5-10min from airport. Decent rooms.

Days Inn Springfield has nicer rooms and more around, but doors open to outside and price is around $50. Van only runs on the hour and is about a 20min ride.

I've also heard Comfort Inn is decent. Days Inn Chester is notorious for being sketch, lol, but a lot of people do stay there.

As a former PHL commuter I think Days Inn Lester, The Lagoon, and Microtel are the ones I used to use. The first two are garbage but cheap. Air B&B in Bangladesh would be comparable.

Comfort Inn is okay, but next month they are becoming a La Quinta and with that the crew rate will go away.
