Does anyone have any experience with DPS regarding the compensation range and general work culture?

They have simulator IP positions and other non-flying (Duty Pilot) available from time to time.

It may have changed but the duty pilot position was seniority list pilots only. The sim instructor program is quite good. Tge commuting and hotel program is the best around and scheduling is very flexible.
