Default BidPro Steals your money

I stoped using Bidpro more than 8 months ago. I have called and emailed these people. They do not respond. And they keep charging my CC.

Beware of these Thieves. No Customer service.

Dispute the charges with your CC. And have the CC company cut them off.

Call your credit card company, get new card with new numbers. Problem solved.

Default Bidpro Sucks. zero customer service.

Bidpro still steals your money. I've called them , They don't answer. Ive emailed they don't respond. I spent an hour on the phone with the credit card company. And I got a partial refund. A week later they charged me again.

Same thing but over 5 years ago. The guy doesn't fix the program and doesn't support it very well. I paid about $90 for it when it came out over 15 years ago. Then one day he decided to "change his business model" and started charging monthly. I gave up dealing with him.

I don't know anything about that company.

But seems like there's enough drama here that someone should go to whatever state he's doing business in. If he truly isn't providing a service and is charging anyhow, that's fraud and theft-and whomever is pulling that sort of thing should get prosecuted.
