DAL could ban them. But federal charges? Really?

What state should they be charged in?

I think this is being blown out of proportion. Federal charges? That blows.

Didn’t go down very well for them.

Maybe they can get a head of it.

I'm glad I came across this story, because, to be honest, I did not know it was against the rules. It actually happens to me quite often when I go back on my breaks across the pond.

IMO, none. DAL doesn't have to fly them again (which can be a significant punishment if you live in a small town with few options), but they should probably save LE bandwidth for real criminals. Unless maybe there were small children present.

Public indecency, lewd acts. They deserve to be charged. That behavior is outrageous in a public place whether it be on the street corner, in the subway, in a Subway or in an airplane.
