How often do you have dispatchers on your jumpseat, other than required FAM rides.

Easy, the dispatcher. Personally, I love shooting the breeze with dispatchers and have even flown with a couple pilots who were dispatchers in a former life. It's really interesting to hear from the other side of the paperwork/ACARS.

Maybe one in the last 5 years, also one ATC in the last 10 years.

There just aren't very many of them to begin with. Also, most live in their airline's HQ so they don't need to commute. And when they do need to take a flight, they can non-rev.
