I would take the deal.
their stock was on the uptick before air trans offer and they were also trading at close to $20 in late 2002 before the fuel price spike. air tran's stock has been on the decline as well and there is no guarantee on how it will go as it is down over the last year. the politicians i would think do not want this to happen as what amr did to stl is fresh on the mind of those wi politicians who do not want to see 2000 people lose their jobs in mke.

we will definitely see on april 13th or so when the meh board states their opinion.

Default Watch out AirTran pilots

How many of you have wondered why AirTran Holdings Inc formed a new corporation to buy Midwest Air Group? Your CBA (and scope) deal with AirTran Airways, not Holdings!

that's crap if true. i would imagine no MEH pilot would want to be a whipsaw against the NPA.
