To answer a few concerns/questions I’ve seen from people from earlier that aren’t addressed:

A lot of people who complained about this place were some of the founders who had to deal with serious growing pains, new people, confusion. Respect to those pilots, but it’s a complete different company since day 1. Everything seems to be settled and very minor growing pains now.

In my opinion The only non competitive pay/QOL thing here is no 401k DC (they gave RSU stock as a temporary fix..Great, for the short term I guess, not a financial expert) ugly uniforms, and some minor BS growing pains. (again in my own opinion) Still, if they keep these things up - and continue to improve QOL just a tad bit more..by raising per diem, 401k DC, non bummy uniforms, etc I would deny a legacy job without a thought.

Never have I seen an airline have its executives/staff do a pilot call every week focusing to improve the pilots life/and fix issues..

The company is trying to fix the issues or at least is listening to the pilots. If only we had the new uniforms already and DC 401k we would be good. Stock awards were generous. Attrition has gone way down.

Awesome, thanks for your response. Very helpful! Hope they address the 401k DC issue soon, it makes such a HUGE difference when comparing offers from a legacy...

Does anyone know about how many pilots Breeze is hiring a month? Thanks

I like the uniform. Hats, ties, white shirts and jackets are overrated. UAL and DAL et al. can have em.

The grey uniforms are hideous. We are by far the most unprofessional airline pilots in the industry with the Gray shirts

Yea but we don’t have to look like janitors either.

I always think you guys are corporate pilots until I see the badge. Not that's a bad thing, but was that the look you guys were going for?

Haha, I’m out voted as my wife agrees with you. So White shirts would fix the supply issues grey shirts are having.
On another subject, Schedules are getting better as BZ adds planes, destinations and crews.

Nobody knows what they were going for other than just not having hats or ties. Very hideous combinations. The new uniforms are supposedly going back to white with blue accents and epaulets.
