Low cost does not mean bad for pilots, in Europe pilots flying for low cost carriers earn more than major airline pilots here. Ryan Air, Easyjet and others capts make more than 150,000 us dollars a year, plus 32 days vac and medicals.

SWA has a pretty big presence in Columbus. Not a hub, but several flights going in several directions
