There’s an entire website devoted to it, with all information as to how to use it. Anyone can read it, anywhere, anytime. KCM is not SSI.

Some people are weird about weird things. I’ve seen people get ****y about discussions on if your supposed to ask for a ride when jumpseating.

Because people started falling all over themselves to demonstrate their superior knowledge of SSI, and were talking about nuanced stuff which provides insights to potential bad guys.
