Is that confirmed from our intelligence? Like the same intelligence confirmation of WMD’s in Iraq right?
There are multiple news agencies with pictures of some parts from the missiles and drones. Definitely large enough pieces and parts to determine the origin/manufacturer. Please do an independent internet search using your favorite news source. I'd post the CNBC, Time, US News, and Al Jazeera reports where the pieces are displayed but since the photos/video are so easy to find and some might discount any news source that's not their favorite, they can do the search themselves. |

Yep.
We've likely already deployed anti-drone weapons systems such as the LMADIS to protect oil fields in the area. The USS Boxer used the LMADIS system to take down an Iranian drone earlier this summer. A ring of these around major facilities would make small work of drones, and if in the 20-30mm range...pretty cheap. |
They’re BOTH bad. The leader of SA had a WaPo journalist hacksawed to death and we’re buddy buddy with them? The number of Americans I’ve seen who want us be SAs lapdog as they lead us into Middle East adventure round three is sickening.

That’s what I figured. Patriot is too big (and not very good against small targets)...would not be that useful or cheap...what kind of land-based close-in chain-gun defenses do we field these days?

The spice must flow. He who controls the spice controls the universe. ...name the movie/books. A movie remake will be out in 2020. |

I take it you haven't even bothered to independently look this up online.

You’ll have to forgive me for not believing everything the Saudi’s say. I think it’s fair to have bit of skepticism from anything coming from the KSA this early on. Especially when it comes to having us getting involved with a military conflict. As far as spent weapon identification, hey that’s beyond my pay grade. I’m more than happy to learn from you guys that know what an Iranian built weapon looks like after being used. |
With oil prices so low for the last few years, who benefits the most if oil prices skyrocket? The victims do for sure.
But they’re the reason prices have been so low. They’ve been trying to bleed/bankrupt the U.S. fracking industry. |
