Flight Attendant Job Preparation
Does anyone know of a job prep service for flight attendants like Emerald Coast or RST has for the pilot world? I have a niece that is trying to be a flight attendant and failed a Delta Flight Attendant assessment after passing a video interview. I was wondering if there are any any companies or gouge i could steer her towards? The Assessment sounds a lot like a Hogan test. Thank you.

None of the FA prep services are remotely necessary and I think feed on young peoples fascination with what they THINK is a "glamorous" job (that no longer is).
Just tell her to apply to any airline with a base she lives at or wants to live at all the while reapplying to Delta as often as they allow.

It really is not a bad gig. I know it does not pay well, but if you apply after you retired and have a secondary income (401k, retirement or something)the benefits to travel are great. I have flown with ex cop flight attendants and other wide range of people.
To OP
There’s a school you can go too. I only fly for a regional so they made it that far with schooling so that says a lot about the school. I know a few mainline FA’s and they all have a bachelors degree.

Agreed. Of the mainline FAs I know, all of them have bachelor degrees.

I don't think the OP is referring to any sort of traditional schooling that would lead to a BA, but is talking about FA specific prep programs that is kind of like a pre-training course and basic introduction to service work. And absolutely not necessary for becoming a FA.
And yes, its a great part time type job for people already done with their 1st careers. Oh and if you live in base.
