The Federal Aviation Authority told FOX 11 it reported the incident to Los Angeles Police Department, who are investigating, but the LAPD told the outlet they had not yet received the report. |

You would think that a guy educated enough to do the math on proper count and sizing of balloons to go flying would have the sense to tie the BB gun to the chair. Common sense is truly uncommon.
