you have a very loose definition of “forced”.

”incentivized” or even “coerced” perhaps.....but nobody is being forced. You don’t have to work there.

I don’t agree with the Washington State Government’s policies for attracting and keeping business in the state. I agree with the City of Seattle even less. However, neither come close to my disdain for Mr. Monson, that guy is a chump.
