Default Do I need jet time for a shot at Delta?

Currently flying a Brasilia and wondering if I need to go find some jet time in order to have a shot at Delta. Anyone getting interviewed/hired with only paddle-jet experience???

Right now its not about Prop vs. Jet. Its about being military, being related to a senior delta pilot or knowing somebody in management.

I know that line is getting pretty old but right now there tons of guys with great resumes waiting for a shot at the majors. The companies have to find another way to sort people out.

The junior guy in my class in 2000 had the majority of his time in a DC-3.
