Default Are you this guy?

Read from the second paragraph on, are you this guy?

http://www.publishapollo.com/pages/848810/index.htm

I have enough trouble staying awake on my company's onerous pairings, forget trying to

"...fly at nearly the speed of sound, monitoring hundreds of cockpit instruments, relaying your position to Oceanic Control via satellite, and keeping track of the other international flights on your radar..."

Default Be...know...do

Your better off with the time honored and free military principles of:

A leader must BE:

-A person of strong and honorable character

-Committed to the professional army ethic

-An example of individual values

-Able to resolve complex ethical dilemmas

A leader must KNOW:

-The four factors of leadership and how they affect each other

-Standards

-Him/Herself

-Human nature

-His/Her job

-His/Her unit

A leader must DO:

-Provide direction

-Provide purpose

-Provide motivation

PS: The captain of UA 232 (Haynes I think) speaks about a lot more than CRM. He's aparently a really good public speaker and worth hearing if you have a chance.

You're better off spending that money on a 737 type rating. At least that lottery ticket has a chance of paying of with an interview.
