Passenger Bans
#1
We know that some airlines ban some passengers after certain types of misbehavior. Do any airlines ban passengers after misbehavior on other airlines?
Would this be a good idea?
Would it be legal? Would airlines set themselves up for legal challenges or damages?
My understanding is that the FAA either can't or won't do this.
Discussion?
