I second this. I switched to this product, and here's my review:

Comfort - 5 stars
Noise - 3 stars (some units are markedly quieter than others though)
Ease of use - 5 stars (the initial learning curve can be a bit steep though)

Cost - not sure. It was a gift, so rude to ask

Would definitely recommend to friends

A seat cushion with a slot in the back for your tailbone is what you need. Some of them on amazon have little straps and you can just put them over your bag handle between flights.

Often lower back pain is caused from too much direct pressure on your tailbone, rather than lack of lumbar support.

I second this. I’ve owned the cushion made for the 737 seat with the lower lumbar support for years now. I don’t always carry it with me, but when I did need it, it worked tremendously well.
