Back Cushion/Support for 737 Seat

Back Cushion/Support for 737 Seat
Hello,
I have found the sitting in the 737 during extended flights bothers my lower back to the point that I just stand up and stretch it out. I use a back cushion when driving, but it is a large cushion that is not practical to take along with my suitcase on flights. I use the lumbar support on the seat, but it doesn't extend enough into my lower back for support.
Does any recommend a smaller cushion that they have found works well for them? Something small enough to carry but "puffy" enough to really weld my back to the cushion to the seat.
Thanks for any suggestions.

I may have tried that but I normally play around with different settings and heights. I made sure the seat was more upright as opposed to leaning back which helped a bit. It keeps my back straighter that way. I will make sure to try raising the seatback too.

I do this as well, but what has been most effective for me on the 737 is raising the thigh supports to their max height. I used to think that people who did that were masochists but I’ve now learned that my lower back was compensating for strain on my legs. Raising up the thigh supports has helped me tremendously.

If you don’t do any yoga classes start now. Two years of 737 flying wrecked my lower back. Did PT and multiple steroid shots. Nothing worked till I started focusing on core work and stretching. Buddies that laughed at me for going to yoga class 15 years ago later admitted they started going as well.
