I have a neighbor that is retiring in a few months. Can’t really think of what to get him.
Is a metal airplane model of the plane he retired on too cheesy?
maybe a nice bottle of wine?
or just a happy retirement card?

Nobody wants an airplane model of the plane they retired on.

You also have almost 36,000 posts on an airline forum, in which you’re a moderator as well. I’m guessing you have quite a few airplane models in your house. Haha.
But glad you value the whiskey over the model, nonetheless.

I do not have 36,000 posts. The software logs admin functions in a forum format, so every time a Mod does any housekeeping it adds to your post count. I've doing that since 2007-ish, so it adds up over time.

ExCargodog is on pace to have 36,000 in a few years.
