Why on earth would you leave Alaska for Southwest? I guess it wouldn't matter if you only had a year or less but IMO Alaska is a great place to hang your hat.

So you can imagine the spot I am in. They are both great places that are very different. It's not a bad decision to have to make, but it is stressful knowing which is the right move. People at Alaska say to run to Southwest, but that's because things are a bit tense with negotiations. I would pay alot of money for a crystal ball right now!!

Dont get worked up about it. Wait and see what is going on when SWA offers a class date. Maybe you will want to come over maybe not. Who knows what 6 months will do. Congrats on the offer. It is a great place to work.
