No SWA Interview
I typed in late May, submitted my app in late May, and now I'm looking at a possible Summer/Fall 08 class IF I get hired?! I'm more likely to get hired by UPS or FedEx sooner........this really sucks! My app has got to be near the top of the stack for the next round, but it's looking like that could be quite a while.
How many other people out there were expecting the interview email and didn't get it???
Good thing I have an AF Reserve job!

Kill-
You are not the only one. Bottom line is who do you want to work for? Six months to a year is not that long when you consider a career... Especially if you have a Reserve gig. Keep the faith man, the company isn't going to stop growing.

The standard time frame, from what I know, has been 6 weeks from application to interview email if you have the type. I'm very fortunate that my wife has an outstanding job, so for now it's SWA or nothing. I have no desire to work for anyone else!

Dudes, give KS135R a break. The man wants to work for SWA, nuthin wrong with that. I've got bro's in my unit that only wanted to haul boxes, so they only applied to FedEx and UPS - nothing says a guy has to apply to everyone.
BTW-That "buying a job with the type rating" line is worn out. Get some new material.
