Default Question for E190 crews...

Rode on a B6 E190 yesterday for the first time in daylight. The deck angle on climbout shocked me - it was like being on a mini 75-. I hope I didn't startle the other passengers with my child-like giggling...

What do you guys pitch to when you rotate?

Nice, nice plane. Now to just get the 190 payscale to where it should be...

FWIW, the 170 initially pitches to 11 (F2 T/O) degrees then pitches for v2 at approximately 15 degrees. I had a nearly empty 175 the other day and we had a pitch of 21 degrees with a no flex T/O

Initial pitch is comanded on the FD to rotate to 17 degrees on the 190, after a short delay, it goes into a speed hold mode. It is a high angle of pitch on rotation.

I have to say I flew the E135 on a repo the other day empty. What a rocket. To maintain our 200kts on accel alt the pitch was way the hell nose high. Thats all I can say. Didn't see the pitch degrees but, I felt like I was in the space shuttle.
