I doubt AE will be flying any larger equip even if scope is relaxed. AE has an expensive workforce compared to every other regional. The current AE flying will be segmented and contracted to several operators like CHQ, Skywest, Xjet, etc with or without scope changes. Hopefully, APA can hold scope where it is and not let the horse out of the barn.

You arent going to get any of those three listed above doing any more flying for American. If it is put out to bid you will end up with a TSA, Mesa, Colgan,.... your looking at the bottom of the barrel regionals. I am afraid Americans image will be damaged by this. Eagle does good work, expensive but they are good.
