I plan on retiring at 45, to each there own. Personally I don’t think any gov should limit your age to retire if you are medically fit. Flame on...
My rant, even though I voted for ALPA at skyw, where are they on increasing the requirements (barriers to entry) for pilots? Asa now has no min's? Doctors get it, why not pilots? Guess they are the most smartest....

Leverage cash on investment properties, pretty simple really, borrow against your equity in other properties, then buy more. You can use 80% of your rental income to qualify for other properties as well. Also there are huge tax advantages, i.e. writing off interest. etc....

Listen I know it sounds like im *****ing at skywest, truth is i respect the company and they stay in the black every quarter. They provde me good job security.
