I've been using 1-800-325-7123 which takes you to the travelnet phone system. What's the difference?

i'm not a delta employee and do not have a "pass rider number" so those two numbers aren't working for me. Do I just call Delta reservations or what?

DL doesn't allow off-line jumpseaters to list ahead. Just show up within 6 hours and any gate agents can do that for you. the DAL-CREW number is useful to find out if the flight you'll jumpseat is occupied by a DL crewmember. There's option to select to talk to someone in business hours that can check loads for you.

nevermind, 1800dalcrew works if your not an employee.

Thanks for the help guys!

Is there anywhere to get this info for jumpseating on other airlines besides creating threads on a forum for it?
