You can talk to them at a job fair... It's worked for some people.

I highly recommend these Job Fairs. They've helped me tremendously, over many years. I've been to 4-5.

If nothing else, you meet people, network, talk to recruiters directly, and most importantly---it builds your confidence. You can also get your resume critiqued.

Just to back up the 2 months until out mantra...I was told that by one of the Delta recruiters at the job fair. They sent me the email to interview 2 months and 4 days before I was available.
