Delta Airlines changes Interview ?
I am hoping some recent Delta interviewees could shed some light on the NEW Delta test. I understand it is now a 75 question test in 75 minutes? What have people been studying? Is the old gouge cover most of the bases?? Any help would be appreciated.

I have seen what it covers. They will send a letter out that is very vague. ( IE icing, windshear, etc) Not much to get from it.
The old gouge is good and will always be a good starting point. Before they did not care if you had the answers. It showed that you did your homework. Now they are testing the same areas, but just changing some of the numbers in the questions. I would know the concepts of each section, and how to apply all of the formulas. If you can do that I am sure that it is a good base. Of course ANA, and all of the other usual suspects are a good reference as well.

I think they are hiring at around the 30%-50% area for interview groups these days, so not much has changed there. For the busts, from what I have seen and who I have talked to about 75% of the busts are from the HR panel, the other 25% from the computer testing process (especially the cog).

Most people in my group finished early, the first one got up with about 15 minutes left. So I would say no, it is not rushed. For my test, there were only a few that you had to think for more than a minute about. I didn't feel rushed at all.

OK- so what I'm gathering is the old testing gouge for delta is still going to be good. I can expect the same questions, just the numbers are different. know all of it and you can't go wrong. Is there anyone out there that can give me anything different.
Going to the pre-screen next week and want to be as prepared as possible. I'm a military guy so haven't interviewed in a while, would anyone rec. going through the Emerald Coast before the Prescreen. Also, anyone that has been through this recently, if you can go a little more in depth about what to expect I would greatly appreciate it.
