Default Airtran Questions

Dumb Question for the experienced................Will Airtran actually be hiring at the info session in MKE or do you think it's just a "hey how ya doin?"...........announcement is unclear.

Is it worth the trip??

Thumbs up

I don't know anything about this particular seminar but AirTran has always been good about interviewing pilots they met at different job fairs - that's how I got hired at AT. They really like to talk to folks they're about to invite to an interview. They have a top-notch recruiting team and you’ll feel very comfortable talking to them - all you have to do is to be yourself - well, unless you think that'd hurt your chances

I'd say - go and give it a try! Good luck!

AirTran has been calling applicants lately. I don't think they are wasting your time, or theirs.

There is no telling what will happen, but I would be prepared for anything. You never get a second chance to make a great first impression. I would show up in my suit, with resume stating your goal is to work for Airtran, and have a pleasant demeanor.

Good luck! Our recruiting team is fantastic and want to hire people that want to work here, not go somewhere else in 2 years.
