Does anybody know where negotiations are at? It's been 4 months after the failed T/A.

We are in the process of appointing a new negotiating committee. There haven't been any negotiations since the last TA came out and we recalled a few union officials.

Good Luck. I just got off the phone with one of our board members (ALPA MEC equivalent). The briefing APA received from the NMB was that the Bush Administration has instructed the NMB not to release anybody into a cooling off period for the remainder of his term. Doesn't look like a strike is going to be a viable option to obtain a CBA anytime soon.

Can anyone attach a PDF of the current contract please. I am a AirTran new hire awaiting class, and wanted to look at the contract.
Thanks
