Eos Gouge?
#2
Hey Dan,
I interviewed at EOS 2 years ago, so my info is dated to say the least.
Here's what I have:
Fly up to White Plains, NY. I stayed at the Ramada Inn where most of the HPN layover crews stay. The next day I cabbed it to Purchase, NY for the interview.
From the minute you walk in, everyone is very friendly and glad you came to the interview.
After sitting in a conf. room comparing war stories with the other candidates, the D.O. comes in and gives you a briefing on EOS. Don Dobson (sp?), the D.O. is an excellent speaker and seems genuinely proud of his airline.
Afterwards, you are given a computer based test based on personality traits and an interview with the D.O. and the Chief Pilot. It is a "get-to-know-you" session. Very pleasant atmosphere and very professional is the best way to describe the whole process. I'm a terrrible interviewee, but even I was very relaxed and enjoyed my visit with them.
I have heard very good things about EOS. I've met up with some of them in Stansted while on a layover. I have good friends over there. All in all a thumbs up operation.
Danzig, you may find more info on this thread and over on the UPSTART part of the message board.
Say "hi" to those cats, for me.
Good luck,
Flifast
