I jumpseated into San Jose once to go surfing. Traveled north and flew out of Liberia. It took about 2 hours for the gate agent to figure out how to process an airline crew seat request....lots of fun with reef rash..

Just got back from VACA in Costa Rica. Did you fly for a company down there? I definetly envy you, ever sice I left I have been trying to get back permanently.

I flew for TACA not VACA, VACA IS A COW but anyhow they think that way.

Congrats on the job at AT! I will be in your class on 28 Apr. Have you been checking around on where to stay? Hotel or crash pad? I'm planning on starting off in a hotel and then I'll try to get some info on available crash pads from the break room there at Alteon or from some of the students ahead of us in training.

You'll be paid at guarantee of 70 hours a month at $43, no per diem.

I see. Sounds like they consider you fully employed and based in ATL from the first day. How's the health insurance?
