Is it possible to get family (parent travel) benefits for those that are not actually YOUR parents.

I ask this because my parents are old and wouldn't travel and I'll rather extend this benefit to my in-laws.

Sounds like a stupid question I know...but I'd love to hear if it's possible somehow.
