As I said before, never trust Corporate "projections." If they were all true, jetBlue would have over 200 Airbus' by now.

And there are several other airlines I could name that blew sunshine up the skirt of new hires, telling them they'd be Captains in 2 years.

Then along comes $110 bbl oil and a change to the retirement regulatory age. Suddenly, airlines are parking jets, putting out displacement bids and furloughing.

That's the nature of the aviation beast. Just as its always been.

i am staying positive and I am optimistic about frontier and our management. I am looking at EVERY option just in case. I would be a fool not to. I am not allowing myself to fall behind on my logbook if you know what I mean. I would not apply to Virgin if I thought thier pay would remain where it is right now either. I definitely would not apply at Virgin as long as Frontier still keeps me on the payroll

Amen to that !
Not many outsiders know the lil tidbit about the med and sim check failures unless they have been there and done that.

because spirits pay is just right?

All you guys do is complain, and when your company goes down you'll turn around and say "eh, BS air aint that bad"
...
Point is when the family needs to eat you'll go anywhere.
