That is the price of outsourcing! The Pilots should sue as well! Company gets rid of in house workers to save money and not long after this happens. The more they outsource the less infrastructure and control an airline has. NWA CEO's should learn from this, but they are to busy trying to screw up the company to line there own pockets.

Nope not a moron, he is playing to folks that do not understand airplanes, and scary them usually works.
