Default Good Electronic Logbook?

Can anyone recommend a good electronic logbook program? After 20 yrs of flying the paper books are getting hard to keep up with. I was told Logbook Pro was good. Any comments?

If you are using a Windows PC, I would go with Logbook Pro.

If you are using a Mac, then check out LogTen.

LogTen has a iPhone module, Logbook Pro has a Palm/WinMobile version.

However, Logbook Pro has a forthcoming iPhone version of APDL.

Fly safe!

APDL stopped evolving over 2 years ago and the head programmer basically said it's not going to change much in the future, if at all. Many changes need to be made, but "they" don't seem to care about APDL anymore.

Hello,

I do not anticipate iPhone support until mid-2008 at the earliest. Our development efforts are focused on Logbook Pro v2 at the moment and then everything else to follow.

Try the search function(works great, lasts long time). It's been covered here numerous times...

why not make one with microsoft excel? You can customize it however you want, and you save yourself $100+.

I did that already but it hasn't been asked in awhile and with software evolving so quickly, I wanted the latest inputs.. but thanks for the advice. Always appreciated.

I agree. I've used Safelog for several years and it seems good and is easy to use.
