HangOn,

Let me guess--you're a Southwest pilot. Right? How'd I know? Great work investigating the RNP RNAV development history! I agree with you...we should all watch out as soon as SWA obtains RNP certification because there won't be anywhere that SWA can't go. In fact, why doesn't everyone quit their current airline job and wait for the interview with SWA because LUV is obviously on track to take over the world. We might as well get it out over with now and save ourselves the pain down the road. You guys are ridiculous. It's funny how every thread seems to come back to how great SWA is, even when it originally had nothing to do with you.

Back on topic...Congrats once again to the IAM!

GK,

You can expect some drifting on topics based on comments/opinions bantered about so don't be so sensitive. Based on some comments on this thread one might come to the conclusion that ALK is God's gift to aviation (RNP superiority complex). I certainly don't come to that conclusion. Of course everyone knows the world doesn't revolve around little 'ol SWA.

Oh! and BTW, having been represented by the IAM in a past life I to agree that congrats are in order.

GolfKilo,

No, not a Southwest pilot, an Alaska pilot. Your ramble was pointed at one of your own.

Whoops.

HangOn,

I stand corrected on your identity, but stand by my "ramble". Thanks for clearing it up.
