Try http://crewgear.com or http://outermarker.com. I've done business with both and have no complaints.

I'd suggest Outermarker.com. Mainly because I know the owner. He used to own a pilot shop at SUS but has gone to internet only sales. He never steered me wrong, and even suggested not buying stuff when he found out that it wasn't liked by other customers.

Best shirts in the business IMHO can be found at WWW.pilotshirts.com
They sell "pilot house" shirts. They have the nicest fitting collars I ever felt. Also for you thin guys, their shirts are nicely tapered.

Unfortunately now the company has a deal set up with Tally Ho, and we are only to get our shirts from them (Van Huesen).
Also, the Radio Guide is pretty neat for those red-eyes, trying to look for some music on the ADF.

I'm looking for a decent shirt that does not look like a night gown.
