Yes, till SOC. Call sign is "NWxxx, Delta colors". Used for gnd, twr and approach. Confused yet too;)

I don't think they're on the same cert. yet. When the TWA/AA thing happened there were a lot of silver planes around STL that had TWA callsigns for a while as they were still on the TWA LLC certificate. I would imagine it's the same situation here.
