Here's a question in line with Calcapt's recent call for positivity...

We all know about Lorenzo, Icahn and the rest, but who have been the good eggs in the airline-executive world? Who have you enjoyed serving under, who would you have liked to serve under, and why?

In addition to David Garrett, how about Gordon Bethune or Herb Kelleher? I didn't work for either of them, but they seem to be pretty good at running an airline and keeping the troops happy. I wouldn't mind either one of them coming out of retirement to run Delta.

This question is like "What was the most romantic Bukkake you've ever seen?"

Herb Keleher and Gary Kelly. Both incredible visionaries. Gary is just plain brilliant. Blessed to have worked for both.
