I have a family member who lost his luggage recently while traveling on AA from ABQ-ORD-CMH. He ofcourse filed the claim with AA lost and found and was given a file number and everything and so far no luck.

I lived the airlines for all my life, so decided (being a pilot helped ofcourse) to try to dig in a little more. Some really nice people at American explained to me how it works with the CBS in DFW after 7 days and that maybe giving more description in his lost baggage file would help.

What I'm looking for is for two things if any AA person can chime in. (Feel free to PM me, I have no problem writing my phone number there to verify authenticity)

1) Does anyone know of a direct number or a way to reach people at the CBS?

2) Does anyone know the station phone number for the AA ABQ outstation?
