Default MAC and deltanet/icrew

I am thinking of switching to a MAC and I was wondering if Deltanet and icrew are compatible? I have safari on my windows computer right now and icrew locks up.

Thanks

I have a mac and both work fine if you download and install firefox instead of using Safari. Had no prob. with deltanet and safari, but travelnet would not work, both work fine on firefox though!

Hope this helps.

Firefox Adolphus! No problems with ICREW or TravelNet. The problem with MAC's is that when it comes to recurrent time, the A/C systems CD's don't run on the MAC. The FCCQ CD works with MAC, but not the systems. You can download Windows OS for MAC. From what I've heard it uses about 35 gigs of the hard drive. You can then choose which OS you want to run under the utilities function. Haven't done it yet, but planning on it soon.

I believe some of the newer MACs come with Boot Camp Software, basically a program that allows you to run Windows on a partitioned portion of your hard drive. Runs completely separate from the Mac OS and allows you to get through CD's for FCCQ, WWO, Requal, Intial, or ESV, whatever your particular posion might be.

bootcamp
--free but you either have a mac or a pc
--need to reboot to switch.

parallels or vmware fusion
--run windows as a mac application simultaneous wit all your other mac apps
--small performance hit but totally workable for all of the delta stuff

cheers

And from what I hear it's worth the 80 or so dollars it costs, I've been meaning to get a copy.

It's handy to have windows for Internet Explorer sometimes (even though I hate it) and unfortunately Windows is a must if you use Logbook Pro.

It's also fun to fire Windows up every once in a while just to remind myself how much better Mac OS X is

Default Iphone

What about the I-Phone? I just switched to AT&T and can get the I-Phone instead of the free AT&T/LG phone they offer. Can the I-Phone get to the Delta Pilot Sites, ie. bidding, trips viewing(NWA Access), Delta Passport/Radar.

Thanks,

Flyover
